Separating Mixtures

In this experiment, we will separate different types of mixtures using three different methods. First, we will separate a mixture of olive oil and water using a separating funnel. Then, we will extract the oil from potato chips through the extraction method. Finally, we will use fractional distillation to separate the oil from hexane, which we used as a solvent.
