Description

When an electrical charge moves with velocity ‘V’ in the magnetic field ‘B’ perpendicular velocity ‘V’, then Lorentz force which was given after Hendrik Lorentz, will act on the charge in the direction perpendicular to both the velocity and magnetic field vector. The directional sense of the force vector is given by the right-hand thumb rule.
