Description

Proteins can be found in various places of the cell. There are membrane proteins, cytoplasmic proteins, proteins within organelles and endoplasmic reticulum, as well as proteins that secreted to the extracellular matrix. In this experiment, you will isolate cytoplasmic proteins of liver tissue by homogenization with ultrasonicator and lysis buffer.
